After making banana bread one morning, I still felt the need to make something else… long weekend itch.
So I made pizza dough. Ha! And while we were going to get the stuff to make pizza, I figured why not just use up our meatballs and sauce. So we rolled out the dough and had some fun with it!

Oh, and we also made garlic butter because how could we not?
Lesson learned: Don’t trust making fork indents to hold your dough together. It won’t. it’s better to somehow fold the dough over and seal it than to just fork the sides together. Trust me.
No rhyme or reason but they turned out great and were yummy and filling. Next round there will be more cheese inside.
